THE 2012 REVIEW - PART 2

The Show is focused on taking stock and uncovering the blocks and barriers that potentially sabotage our progress as we move into what has been heralded as a very spiritually important year.

What follows are a selection of coaching and review questions that I have devised as we move into the much anticipated 2012. 

Running as a series, the first show was about looking back over this year and reflecting on what has come to pass.  This WIN Show recording is about identifying and clearing out old blocks and barriers.  We focus on the practical blocks such as time, money, overwhelm, letheragy and procrastination.  We also look at the importance of focusing on emotional blocks and the limiting beliefs or thought patterns that potentially act as an unseen yet hugely powerful force in holding you back.

Future Shows look at where you really are now, gaining more clarity on where you actually want to be, and then helping you to look forward to the year ahead and identify some of the tools and resources that will more easily help you get to your destination.

As you listen to these questions, go with your intuition and note down anything that comes to mind.  You might listen to the Show recording at a later date, this time going back through the questions a couple of times to uncover your more unconscious answers and beliefs.

If you are listening to this recording in your own, one of the most effective ways to do that is to ask ‘What else?’ as you ponder and explore your answers.  Also avoid the temptation to answer questions with ‘Don’t know’ or ‘Nothing comes to mind’ because that is often a sure sign that there is something worth exploring regarding that particular issue.
